Inventory & Circuit Management Specialist

About the role

The Inventory & Circuit Management Specialist will lead and coordinate all inventory and circuit management activities for a major transformation project in Damascus. The role requires relocation and focuses on ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and timely delivery of telecom assets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce inventory and circuit management rules across program activities.
• Coordinate with the Streams Program Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure rule compliance.
• Monitor project schedules, KPIs, quality metrics, and ensure accurate asset recording.
• Prepare technical reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
• Support planning, implementation, testing, optimization, and hand‑over phases.
• Conduct risk assessments, manage issue escalation, and ensure HSE and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in technical reviews, audits, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–15 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, operations, or project management.
• Strong understanding of telecom governance, service delivery, and large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities.
