About the role
The Inventory Ordering Specialist ensures optimal stock levels and uninterrupted product availability for phones and accessories. Working on‑site full‑time, you will act as the primary indicator for reordering, monitoring on‑hand, incoming, and committed inventory to meet customer demand.
Key responsibilities
- Place orders for phones and accessories (on‑order inventory).
- Monitor and manage on‑hand inventory levels.
- Track, manage, and follow up on phone and accessory orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate regular reports.
- Apply FIFO (First‑In, First‑Out) principles to ensure proper inventory turnover.
- Coordinate with management to forecast and plan stock needs.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Availability to work aligned with U.S. time zones.
- On‑site, full‑time commitment.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with high accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
