Investment Officer

About the role

This role will support the Bank’s investment activities through financial and market analysis, investment research, portfolio monitoring, and transaction follow‑up. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external market participants to support effective investment decisions and ensure accurate and timely execution of investment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial, market, and investment analysis to support decision‑making.
• Perform investment research and monitor market trends and relevant financial instruments.
• Monitor investment portfolios, performance, exposures, and market developments.
• Track investment transactions, including purchases, sales, dividends, corporate actions, and settlements.
• Coordinate with brokers, financial institutions, custodians, and other counterparties.
• Prepare regular investment and portfolio performance reports for management.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation related to investment activities.
• Support the Investment Department in other analytical and operational activities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, banking, business administration or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in investments, treasury, financial markets or banking.
• Strong financial and data analysis skills with a good understanding of financial markets.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Very good communication, coordination and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under deadlines.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in investment and financial markets.
