IoT & AI Integration Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IoT & AI Integration Lead to design, deploy and manage connected‑device and analytics solutions. The role combines hands‑on field engineering with technical leadership, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery from site survey to operational acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy low‑power wide‑area networks (primarily LoRaWAN) including site surveys, gateway placement, link‑budget planning and RF troubleshooting.
• Select and justify connectivity technologies (LoRaWAN, NB‑IoT, LTE‑M, 5G RedCap, Wi‑Fi HaLow, Bluetooth LE, Thread, satellite NTN) for each use case.
• Specify, test and commission sensors, gateways and tracking devices for asset tracking, telematics, environmental monitoring, cold‑chain, occupancy and indoor positioning (BLE, UWB, GNSS).
• Deploy video analytics on live sites, configure ONVIF/RTSP streams, define detection zones and perform acceptance testing.
• Own the device data layer: develop payload decoders, design MQTT topics, build device APIs, manage time‑series storage and create operational dashboards.
• Enable ERP and business‑system integration by defining data models, publishing interfaces and supporting testing.
• Manage the device estate lifecycle, including OTA firmware updates, certificate handling, network segmentation, SIM management and battery planning.
• Plan and run customer pilots, proof‑of‑concepts and live demonstrations from scoping to results presentation.
• Complete partner training, maintain certification and act as the company’s technical liaison with vendors.
• Produce technical designs, BOMs, effort estimates and risk assessments for proposals and tenders.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering IoT solutions at scale.
• Hands‑on field engineer comfortable with site surveys, installations and on‑site troubleshooting.
• Strong customer‑facing skills for pilots, demonstrations and technical support.
• Ability to evaluate emerging connectivity and edge‑computing technologies.
