ISO 9001 & QMS Process Management Specialist

About the role

Change Zone is seeking an experienced ISO 9001, Quality Management System (QMS) and Process Management Specialist to support its clients in designing, implementing and improving business processes and quality systems. The role combines hands‑on ISO 9001 expertise with industrial engineering knowledge to drive continuous improvement across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain QMS aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
• Assess existing processes, identify gaps and risks, and design optimized end‑to‑end workflows.
• Create and update policies, procedures, SOPs and work instructions.
• Conduct ISO 9001 gap assessments, internal audits and support clients through certification and surveillance audits.
• Apply Lean, Value Stream Mapping and Root Cause Analysis to drive process improvements.
• Define KPIs, performance scorecards and build dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare professional reports, presentations and follow‑up on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ISO 9001 implementation and QMS management.
• Proven track record in business process mapping, SOP development and continuous improvement.
• Experience conducting quality audits, gap assessments and corrective action plans.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 standards and QMS implementation.
• Process mapping and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis).
• Development of SOPs, policies and work instructions.
• KPI definition and performance measurement.
• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI for data analysis and dashboard creation.
