IT Asset Management Analyst – Turkish Speaker

About the role

We are looking for an IT Asset Management Analyst with strong Turkish and English language skills to help our customers define, track, and optimise their Cisco hardware and software assets throughout the entire lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define business hierarchies, IT domains and asset ownership models, mapping Cisco assets accordingly.
• Consolidate data from customer records, network discovery tools and Cisco systems to build a comprehensive Installed Base baseline.
• Design and run continuous discovery and validation processes for procurement, deployment, maintenance and de‑commissioning.
• Engage customers to validate assets, resolve ownership or location discrepancies and confirm licensing, support contracts and service agreements.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks and optimisation opportunities, and produce reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Cisco Sales, CX and Operations teams to ensure service delivery excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer‑facing roles such as asset management, licensing, service delivery or business analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform large data sets into actionable insights.
• Turkish language proficiency at B2‑C1 level and English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a quarterly basis when required.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).
• Experience creating reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or Looker for data visualisation.
