About the role
The IT Coordinator will manage, maintain, and repair IT systems, ensuring smooth operation for all users.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing faults in hardware and software.
- Resolving network issues and providing timely fixes.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software, hardware, and network problems encountered by users.
Required profile
- High‑level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications.
- Strong oral communication skills to gather information and explain technical concepts in simple language.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting and diagnosis.
- Time‑management skills to provide updates and fixes within promised time frames.
