IT PMO Specialist

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking an IT PMO Specialist to support its portfolio planning, governance, and project delivery across the organization. The role will work closely with the PMO Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the PMO Manager with portfolio planning, prioritisation and alignment to corporate strategy.
• Maintain PMO governance frameworks, policies and standards; monitor compliance with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
• Track project performance using KPIs (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality) and conduct health checks and governance audits.
• Develop portfolio dashboards and executive‑level reports for steering committees and senior leadership.
• Support resource planning, allocation and utilisation across projects and programmes.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts and actuals; ensure financial governance and cost‑control.
• Maintain risk, issue and dependency registers at the portfolio level and drive timely escalation and resolution.
• Administer and optimise PMO tools and related data management processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in portfolio and project governance within an IT environment.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs, budgets and resource utilisation.
• Ability to produce clear, actionable executive reports and presentations.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and functional managers.
