IT SAP ABAP Analyst

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking an IT SAP ABAP Analyst to join its Amman team. You will work within a collaborative environment to develop and maintain ABAP programs that support business decisions across SAP functional areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop structured ABAP programs to implement business rules in SAP.
• Perform SAP configuration and customizations directly related to ABAP development.
• Analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and estimate effort.
• Optimize reports and programs for performance and conduct unit and acceptance testing.
• Maintain technical and procedural documentation and adhere to audit and control procedures.
• Interact with software vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Identify and communicate risks, perform root‑cause analysis, and suggest value‑enhancing solutions.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in SAP ABAP development (1 year preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
