About the role

Universal Civilizations Academy is seeking a full‑time teacher to join its campus in Amman, Jordan. The successful candidate will support students from Kindergarten through grade 12 by delivering curriculum‑aligned instruction and fostering personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons based on American and British curricula (IGCSE, American programs).
• Manage classroom dynamics and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents to achieve educational goals.
• Participate actively in school events and uphold UCA’s high academic standards.

Required profile

• Strong teaching and communication abilities.
• Ability to engage diverse learners and support varied learning needs.
• Collaborative mindset and professional relationship building.
• Proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Familiarity with American and British curricula is advantageous.
• Commitment to cultural preservation and respect for diversity.
