Junior Account Manager – Customer Success & Growth

About the role

Explorance is seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to manage, retain, and grow existing customer relationships in the SaaS education‑technology space. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to ensure customers receive maximum value from our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders, acting as the primary commercial point of contact.
• Support and manage the renewal process, proactively engaging customers to understand needs and address concerns.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by aligning customer objectives with relevant Explorance solutions.
• Maintain accurate account plans, track opportunities, and keep commercial information up to date.
• Lead customer conversations, presentations, and product discussions with support from internal experts.
• Assist in proposal preparation, renewals, expansions, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Support, and other teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Represent Explorance at customer meetings, events, webinars, and industry activities as required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B account management, SaaS sales, or a similar commercial role.
• Proven experience managing existing customer relationships and contributing to renewals, upselling, or cross‑selling.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to recognize growth opportunities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English and willingness to travel across the region when required.
