About the role
OMG is seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Accountant to join its finance team. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and issue client invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Dispatch invoices via email or client portals and address billing inquiries.
- Maintain invoice trackers and coordinate with agencies on media‑plan invoicing.
- Receive, verify, and record supplier invoices, assigning correct account codes.
- Act as the point of contact for cost queries between suppliers and agencies.
- Support the Accounts Payable team in reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills and a self‑motivated attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
