Junior Graphic Designer – EU Communication Project

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join a pool of Non-Key Experts supporting a EU communication outreach project across North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf. The role is short‑term and on‑demand, focused on creating visual assets that enhance the visibility and impact of EU policies.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for digital and print communication campaigns.
• Create infographics, illustrations, brochures, presentations, banners, social‑media graphics and other materials.
• Support visual identity and branding in line with EU communication guidelines.
• Collaborate with communication specialists, content managers and audio‑visual teams.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital publication, ensuring high production quality.
• Adapt existing materials into different formats and languages as needed.
• Design event materials, exhibition graphics and promotional items.
• Maintain consistency, accessibility and quality across all visual products.

Required profile

• Degree or professional training in graphic design (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in standard design software.
• Working knowledge of English.
• Minimum 2 years of general graphic‑design experience.
• At least 1 year of experience producing campaign visuals or infographics.

• Standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
