Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our fast‑paced team in Amman. The role offers the chance to work on a variety of branding, digital, and print projects while developing your design skills in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and branding initiatives.
• Design marketing materials, presentations, advertisements, and promotional assets.
• Assist in developing brand identities and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to generate innovative design concepts.
• Prepare files for both digital and print production.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates professional design work.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (a plus).
• Experience with AI‑powered creative tools such as Magnific AI or similar platforms (a plus).
