Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join HYPE Creative Studio in Amman. The role bridges concept development and real‑world application across exhibitions, retail experiences and seasonal installations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and translate them into production‑ready designs.
• Prepare print‑ready and production‑ready files for various media.
• Work on exhibitions, retail environments, and non‑permanent installations.
• Collaborate in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
• Support motion‑graphics or video editing tasks when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity and technical accuracy.
• Knowledge of production processes, materials and fabrication requirements.
• Flexibility to work overtime and travel based on project needs.
