Junior Landscape Architect – Green Public Space Projects

About the role
We are looking for a Junior Landscape Architect to support UN‑Habitat Jordan’s projects aimed at greening and enhancing resilience in cities. The role involves technical assistance for public space planning, vegetation implementation and urban water management initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing the Sahab Green Public Space Plan Report.
- Support vegetation planning and implementation at pilot sites in Sahab.
- Contribute to the Smart Urban Water Management project, including knowledge‑exchange workshop reporting and hydrological assessments for selected public spaces.
- Review and help develop the “Typologies of Urban Green Infrastructure” toolkit.
- Aid in finalizing designs and overseeing implementation of green infrastructure sites.
Required profile
- Relevant academic background in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
