Junior Multimedia Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Multimedia Graphic Designer to join INGOT’s Design and Marketing teams. In this role you will help create engaging visual content for digital channels, social media, video, motion graphics, presentations, campaigns and internal communications. You will work with Adobe Creative Suite and AI‑powered creative tools, learning and experimenting with new technologies to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, digital ads, website visuals, banners, presentations, email graphics and campaign materials.
• Adapt approved designs to various formats, dimensions, languages and platforms while following brand guidelines.
• Prepare production‑ready files for both digital and print use.
• Perform image editing, retouching, compositing and visual enhancements.
• Create basic motion graphics, animated social content, video transitions and short promotional videos.
• Edit short‑form videos, add typography, music, sound effects, subtitles and simple animations.
• Support senior designers on larger multimedia projects and keep project assets organized.
• Use AI tools for concept development, mood boards, storyboards, image and video generation, and refine prompts to produce brand‑aligned results.
• Review AI‑generated content for quality, originality and compliance with brand and licensing policies.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced design and marketing environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic multimedia production and motion‑graphics techniques.
• Video editing and short‑form video creation.
• Image editing, retouching and compositing.
• Use of AI‑powered creative tools for concept generation and design variation.
