Junior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Media / Performance Marketing team. You will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns for a diverse client portfolio, working closely with senior marketers and creative teams. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, data‑curious individual eager to grow in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and monitor paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads under senior guidance.
• Track daily performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA and ROAS, identifying issues and optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare and update campaign performance reports for client presentations.
• Support A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences and campaign settings.
• Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategy.
• Maintain organised records of budgets, spend and pacing, and coordinate with the creative team to ensure assets meet platform specifications.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Good written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple client accounts and willingness to learn.
• Genuine interest in data, digital advertising and consumer behaviour.
