Junior Quality Assurance Engineer (QA)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and support the Quality Assurance function. The role involves participating in software testing activities, preparing test documentation, and assisting with the maintenance of our Quality Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Review Business Requirements Documents, Process Design Documents and functional specifications.
• Assist in creating test plans, test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional, integration, regression and user‑acceptance testing, including for RPA and non‑RPA projects.
• Document and report defects using the company’s tracking tools and perform defect verification after fixes.
• Prepare test summary reports and communicate results to project teams.
• Support the implementation and upkeep of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, including SOP reviews, audit preparation and evidence collection.
• Participate in project meetings, QA reviews and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduate to 1 year of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Familiarity with RPA testing processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 quality standards.
