JV & Expansion Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a JV & Expansion Associate to support Kaizen’s management in overseeing joint‑venture pipelines, regional expansion projects and strategic partnership opportunities across the GCC and other key markets. The role is fully remote and ideal for a highly organized professional with strong commercial sense and excellent Arabic and English writing abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the joint‑venture and expansion pipeline using Pipedrive (or similar CRM).
• Develop and keep up‑to‑date deal documentation and institutional knowledge bases.
• Coordinate mobilisation planning for new joint ventures and market entries.
• Prepare executive‑level business correspondence and strategic documents in both Arabic and English.
• Conduct market research and produce briefing materials to aid executive decision‑making.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in written Arabic and fluent English.
• Hands‑on experience with Pipedrive, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms.
• Background in real estate, property or facilities management, consulting or business‑development support is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Based in Jordan, Lebanon or Egypt.
