Key Account Sales Representative – FMCG

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Sales Representative to join our Key Account team and manage a portfolio of modern trade customers, including supermarket chains and hypermarkets. You will own the relationship with your accounts, drive sell‑in and sell‑out, negotiate listings and promotions, and ensure our brands are available, visible, and correctly priced on the shelf. The role is based at our Al Bayader offices with frequent field visits across Amman.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned key accounts, including buyers, category managers, and store teams.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly sales, collection, and distribution targets.
• Negotiate new listings, shelf space, promotions, and annual trading terms.
• Plan and execute promotional calendars with brand and marketing teams.
• Track orders, stock levels, and deliveries using Repzo and Odoo, closing gaps promptly.
• Monitor competitor pricing and shelf presence, providing clear recommendations.
• Follow up on receivables and maintain accounts within agreed credit terms.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and account performance reports in Excel.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 1 year handling key accounts or modern trade.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and sales tracking.
• Proven negotiation abilities and a record of meeting targets.
• Excellent follow‑through on orders, deliveries, returns, and payments.
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Valid Jordanian driving licence and ability to commute daily to Al Bayader, Amman.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Experience with Repzo sales application.
• Experience with Odoo ERP system.
