Key Account Supervisor

About the role

The Key Account Supervisor is responsible for managing key client relationships and overseeing Credit Sales Representatives. The role drives sales performance, strengthens customer partnerships, and ensures the achievement of business targets and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and follow up on the performance of Credit Sales Representatives and High Channel Sales Representatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Identify opportunities for sales growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Work closely with the sales & marketing team to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience as a Key Account Supervisor.
• Experience in the Food or FMCG sector is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
