About the role

You will handle calls with US customers, listening to their needs, providing clear information, answering questions and guiding them to the next step. No prior experience is required as full paid training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calls with US customers every shift
• Listen, explain information clearly and answer questions
• Guide each customer to the right next step
• Enter customer details accurately in our system
• Meet daily performance and quality goals

Required profile

• Really strong spoken English, C1 or C2 level
• A clear, confident voice on the phone
• Quick reading ability to understand and explain information on the spot
• Available to work US hours
• No experience required
