Learning & Development Manager

About the role

As a Learning & Development Manager at Hilton, you will design and deliver training programs that embody the brand’s hospitality values. You will work closely with hotel teams to ensure every employee has the skills and knowledge to create memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver hotel training programs covering topics such as harassment‑free workplace, diversity, new‑team‑member orientation, leadership and service excellence.
• Conduct performance review meetings with department managers, trainers and team members to analyse trends, develop action plans and celebrate achievements.
• Assess existing training initiatives, identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions tailored to departmental needs.
• Track, maintain and audit individual training records using designated systems and tools.
• Manage department‑specific training programs, including alcohol awareness, food safety, job‑skills checklists and educational assistance.
• Supervise, coach and develop the training team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
