License Compliance Sales Representative – Turkish Speaker

About the role

Autodesk is seeking a License Compliance Inside Sales Representative who will manage a high volume of compliance leads, engage customers in discussions about potential intellectual‑property or contractual violations, and drive commercial resolutions. The role requires fluency in Turkish and English and the ability to negotiate with executives.

Key responsibilities

• Work through large volumes of license‑compliance leads, uncover issues, and negotiate settlement values and timelines.
• Initiate warning letters or audit requests, guide customers through the audit process, and present findings.
• Use Autodesk’s compliance analytics tools and Salesforce.com to track leads, forecast sales, and maintain closed‑loop reporting.
• Engage CXO‑level stakeholders to secure cooperation and deliver resolution messages.
• Collaborate with value‑added resellers and territory sales teams to provide quotes, proposals, and up‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of inside‑sales experience, preferably in software or license‑compliance environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English, with the ability to negotiate at the executive level.
• Critical thinking to apply Autodesk licensing rules to diverse software deployments.
• Comfort handling complex push‑back from customers regarding compliance matters.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com (or Siebel).
