Listing Coordinator – Short‑Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Listing Coordinator to manage and optimise property listings on major short‑term rental platforms. The role combines strong written communication with a keen eye for SEO and visual presentation to maximise bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimise listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other channels.
• Write compelling, SEO‑friendly titles and descriptions that attract guests.
• Maintain accurate information on amenities, pricing, availability, house rules and policies.
• Organise photos, captions and listing order to improve visual appeal and conversion.
• Collaborate with operations and property‑management teams to ensure listings reflect the actual property.
• Monitor performance metrics such as views, conversion rates and booking trends.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase visibility and occupancy.
• Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Troubleshoot listing issues and liaise with platform support when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in short‑term rental, Airbnb, property management or listing management.
• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar platforms.
• Strong written English and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines independently.

Required skills

• Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com platform expertise
• PMS/channel‑manager tools such as Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully, Lodgify (preferred)
• Basic SEO and listing‑optimisation knowledge
• PriceLabs or other revenue‑management tools (preferred)
• Canva or basic photo‑editing software (preferred)
