Logistics & Stores Manager

About the role

The Logistics & Stores Manager is responsible for overseeing all store and logistics activities, including stock inventory, aircraft tooling, and store control. The role ensures compliance with safety, quality, customer satisfaction and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs and optimise spare parts usage.
• Promote and practice a safety culture within the team and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Ensure quality, quantity, internal and external customer satisfaction, and meet financial commitments.
• Produce and monitor logistics and stores KPIs and develop improvement strategies to meet targets.
• Maintain a system of stores paperwork and document archiving after maintenance in line with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Maintain and help develop tool and stores control systems ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10 years of experience as a Logistics & Stores Manager in an MRO or aviation environment.
• Outstanding leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills, with excellent command of English.
• Ability to handle large amounts of information, manage simultaneous tasks and motivate a team.
