Machine Learning Engineer – Remote (Jordan)

About the role

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer in Jordan who prefers shipping models to perfecting scores on held‑out data. You will take research notebooks to production, keep models healthy, and work on applied problems such as forecasting, document intelligence, and anomaly detection for messy client data with real deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Build and evaluate models against defined business metrics.
• Own the deployment pipeline, monitoring, and retraining schedule.
• Work with Arabic text, handling its specific challenges.
• Audit client data honestly and flag when it cannot support a model.
• Explain model results to non‑technical stakeholders clearly.

Required profile

• 3+ years of applied machine‑learning experience.
• Strong hands‑on skills with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience deploying and monitoring models in production.
• Solid grounding in statistics and evaluation methodology.
• Comfortable with production‑grade Python engineering, not just notebooks.
• Published work or open‑source contributions are a plus.
