Maintenance Specialist

About the role

Jordan’s Harvest is seeking a motivated Maintenance Specialist to support the upkeep of heavy farm machinery, tractors, vehicles, and workshop tools. This early‑career position offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic agricultural environment with extensive training from equipment suppliers and service centres.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy equipment, farm vehicles and workshop tools.
• Conduct routine inspections, record servicing needs and follow up on repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and operational faults.
• Perform repairs, parts replacement and field maintenance under supervision.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, tool control and spare‑parts inventories.
• Coordinate with suppliers, service centres and external technicians.
• Support general maintenance across farm facilities and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Technology, Heavy Equipment Maintenance or a related field.
• One to two years of relevant experience preferred; exceptional fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong willingness to learn, professional attitude and ability to work independently while following manager guidance.
• Good English reading skills for technical manuals and supplier communication.
