Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles and equipment. The role ensures that every vehicle leaves the workshop meeting manufacturer standards, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the reputation of the service department.

Key responsibilities

• Perform intermediate repairs and routine maintenance on all vehicle types.
• Run diagnostics using computerized systems, test equipment and road testing to identify faults.
• Diagnose, locate and repair electrical, electronic and computerized systems.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and keep service consultants informed of additional work, parts needs or delays.
• Support junior technicians by offering technical guidance and sharing expertise.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work area in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Record all repair activities, update job cards and complete work orders.
• Meet productivity targets and maintain required dealer training certifications.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant automotive maintenance experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic procedures and workshop safety standards.
