Manager, Forensic & Integrity (Jordan Resources Hub)

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Forensic & Integrity Services practice within the Jordan Resources Hub. The role will support clients in protecting and restoring their financial reputation through investigations, compliance programs, and forensic accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead corporate compliance, ethics, forensic accounting and financial damages analyses.
• Manage and deliver complex projects related to white‑collar crime and fraud investigations.
• Understand client priorities, anticipate challenges and provide proactive solutions.
• Prepare work plans, review electronic data, accounting and non‑financial records, and ensure high‑quality working papers.
• Produce forensic and investigation reports and present findings to senior client personnel.
• Liaise with in‑house counsel, external legal teams, witnesses and regulators.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering knowledge sharing and handling difficult conversations.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in investigation, compliance or forensic services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders and regulators.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client engagements.
