Managing Director – Levant Region

About the role

The Managing Director for the Levant region leads a strategic cluster of countries, driving sustainable growth, profitability and operational excellence while aligning with corporate strategy and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve on the Global Executive Team, shaping regional and enterprise strategy and presenting performance updates to the Board.
• Develop and execute a region‑specific strategic roadmap, setting revenue, market‑share and product growth targets based on deep market insights.
• Hold full P&L responsibility, lead budget preparation and ensure profitability through disciplined cost management.
• Maintain direct relationships with key customers and suppliers, define product and pricing strategies, and drive acquisition and retention.
• Ensure seamless alignment with other regions and global teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best‑practice exchange.
• Uphold compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and corporate policies, managing financial, operational and reputational risks.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience capable of operating at CEO level.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performance, compliant cultures across multiple countries.
• Strong judgment in high‑impact decisions and full P&L accountability.
• Experience managing strategic initiatives and regional budgets.
