Managing Partner

About the role

Antal International is looking for a Managing Partner to lead a new recruitment consultancy under its global brand. The role is fully remote and gives you the autonomy to build and run your own business while leveraging Antal’s proven methodology, technology and extensive client and candidate networks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a profitable recruitment consultancy, targeting corporate clients worldwide.
• Utilise Antal’s AI‑powered tools, databases and marketing reach to source and place candidates.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Implement Antal’s operational processes, training programmes and quality standards.
• Drive business growth through networking, market research and strategic planning.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of corporate or managerial experience in any industry.
• Full‑time commitment and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong networking ability and passion for connecting people.
• Growth‑oriented attitude with willingness to learn recruitment best practices.
