Manufacturing Trainee – Production Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Trainee to join our production team. In this entry‑level position you will support daily manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards. You will work closely with experienced staff to gain hands‑on experience in pharmaceutical production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and updating production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and maintain required documentation, operational lists and batch records.
• Coordinate training activities for production personnel and track completion.
• Archive batch records according to documentation protocols and support Annual Product Reviews.
• Monitor and trend data from the Building Management System (BMS) and follow up on maintenance requests.
• Participate in deviation investigations and collect necessary documentation.
• Support implementation and tracking of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Ensure all written and electronic documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
• Maintain logbooks and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific field.
• Recent graduate; internship or training experience is a plus.
• Strong written and reading skills in English.
