About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Marketing and Public Relations Specialist based in Amman to promote AutoBeeb’s platform and services to automotive manufacturers, dealers, and service providers across the Middle East. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing public relations activities, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting automotive manufacturers, dealers, and service providers.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and conduct market research.
• Manage public relations activities and media outreach to protect brand reputation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
• Prepare marketing and PR materials, manage social media and digital presence, and support sales initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills for effective interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in market research and marketing strategy design tailored to the Middle Eastern automotive market.
• Sales and marketing experience to support lead generation and client acquisition.
• Experience in public relations, media outreach, and brand reputation management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics for campaign tracking.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; automotive industry experience is a plus.
