Marketing Assistant Manager – Regional Retail Programs

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant Manager to coordinate regional retail marketing programmes for a specific product line, aligning with the bank’s strategy and initiatives. The role involves planning, executing and analysing campaigns across the region while working closely with product managers, agencies and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional retail marketing programmes for the assigned product line.
• Prepare detailed time‑plans and comprehensive briefs for external agencies and suppliers.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day production of marketing materials and ensure brand‑consistent messaging.
• Review and edit English and Arabic copy, and oversee logistics for material distribution.
• Monitor media plans, evaluate cost‑effective solutions and manage agency cost estimates.
• Track marketing spend, prepare budget reports and ensure accurate expense approvals.
• Organise sponsorships, events and post‑campaign analysis, including competitor monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of hands‑on marketing experience in a large multinational bank, corporation or advertising agency.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic, strong copy‑writing ability and proven multitasking under tight deadlines.
