Marketing & Communication Executive

About the role

The Marketing & Communication Executive will shape and execute the hotel’s social media and digital content strategy. This role blends social media management, photography, videography, Reels production, community engagement and performance analysis to boost online presence and support brand and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy based on audience insights, platform trends and brand objectives.
• Create, edit and publish daily visual and written content, including photos, graphics, videos and Reels.
• Plan and produce high‑quality photography and video showcasing food & beverage, rooms, facilities and guest experiences.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and reviews, managing community reputation.
• Analyse performance metrics, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and the external agency to ensure consistent brand communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong photography and videography skills, with ability to produce engaging short‑form video content.
• Good knowledge of graphic design and ability to create visual assets for social platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic, with strong storytelling ability.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
