Marketing Executive – Team Leader

About the role

Mawasem is a leading franchise operator in Jordan, managing a dynamic portfolio of international brands across fashion, F&B, health & beauty, and home furnishings. We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the day‑to‑day coordination and execution of marketing activities across our brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing omnichannel campaigns (social media, print, in‑store, OOH, SMS, email), coordinating with graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies while monitoring timelines and asset delivery.
• Support the rollout of social media content calendars and paid campaign materials, gather performance insights and report on key metrics, and help with posting, scheduling, and boosting content.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines, support store‑level marketing, event coordination, and promotional activities, and follow up on requests from store teams and brand partners.
• Track marketing budgets and invoices, maintain marketing calendars and checklists, and prepare reports on campaign performance and team progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination or execution roles.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and analytics dashboards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up abilities.
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Arabic.
