Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to own the full growth funnel for our SaaS e‑commerce platform. You will drive user acquisition, activation, retention and revenue expansion while collaborating closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall growth and marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Own and optimise the complete customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention and expansion.
• Drive performance‑marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, partnerships).
• Analyse and optimise key SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rates and MRR growth.
• Build, lead and scale a high‑performing marketing and growth team.
• Collaborate with Product to improve user onboarding, activation and feature adoption.
• Develop and position the brand to strengthen market presence and competitive advantage.
• Identify growth opportunities through experimentation, A/B testing and data analysis.
• Manage and optimise marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
• Establish dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance and inform strategy.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record scaling SaaS products and delivering measurable growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
