Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to shape and execute our marketing strategy, turning customer insights into compelling campaigns, content, product launches, and brand activations. The role is based in Amman and requires a hands‑on leader who can drive engagement, demand, and measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Define and strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and overall marketing strategy.
• Develop deep understanding of customer behaviors, motivations, and barriers.
• Lead social media strategy, organic content direction, and recurring content formats.
• Own seasonal campaigns, product launches, events, collaborations, and brand activations.
• Conceptualise and execute campaigns that boost awareness, visits, trial, and repeat purchase.
• Lead paid‑media planning and budget allocation across digital, outdoor, influencer, and other channels.
• Use research, testing, and performance data to continuously improve marketing decisions.
• Manage and develop the marketing team, setting priorities and ensuring execution.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Director, founder, operations, and product teams.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of consumer brand marketing experience with ownership of strategy, execution, and results.
• Proven experience leading or managing marketing teams.
• Successful track record across organic social, integrated campaigns, and paid media.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, customer insight, and content strategy.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
• Creative thinking combined with solid commercial judgment.
• Ability to move quickly from insight to execution, testing, and improvement.
• Food & beverage experience is a strong advantage.
