Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will drive JorAMCo and JorAMCo Academy’s marketing and media activities. This includes maintaining brand consistency, managing the corporate website, overseeing social media calendars, and supporting events to strengthen both internal and external presence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure brand consistency by reviewing and aligning all marketing materials with branding guidelines.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events such as exhibitions, conferences, and air shows, handling floor maps, ushers, and on‑site coordination.
• Manage below‑the‑line (BTL) media design, guaranteeing quality and brand alignment.
• Update and maintain the corporate website backend to keep content and visuals current.
• Run social media content calendars, coordinate design, schedule posts, and engage the community.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors, supervise photo/video shoots, and prepare accurate Excel reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Proven experience with website CMS, social media calendar management, and campaign coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work under pressure, travel as required, and adapt to changing priorities.
