Marketing Specialist

About the role

Wareed Marketing Agency is seeking a full‑time Marketing Specialist to join its on‑site team in Amman. You will design, launch, and optimise digital marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and the agency’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns across social media, search, and display platforms.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure cohesive branding and content.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend data‑driven optimisations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to present plans, gather feedback, and support sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven ability to analyse audiences, competitors and industry trends.
• Experience planning marketing strategies and supporting revenue growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous agency or fast‑paced marketing environment experience is a plus.
