Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to support B2B lead generation and brand positioning within a collaborative, results‑focused environment. The role will involve managing digital campaigns, content, SEO, and CRM activities to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing targeted B2B marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, service pages, and landing pages.
• Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including LinkedIn and website updates.
• Conduct market research to build buyer personas, monitor competitors, and identify industry trends.
• Maintain and segment data in HubSpot CRM to support lead tracking and campaign follow‑up.
• Monitor website, campaign and content performance using analytics tools and optimise based on insights.
• Support SEO activities (on‑page, off‑page, local) and improve visibility in generative AI search features.
• Assist with Google Ads and paid campaigns, reviewing ad copy, landing page alignment and performance metrics.
• Help manage client testimonials, public reviews and feedback initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proven marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads or HubSpot are a plus.

• HubSpot CRM data management and segmentation.
• SEO best practices (keyword research, on‑page and off‑page optimisation).
• Google Ads campaign creation and optimisation.
• Google Analytics for tracking and improving performance.
