Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies that support the company’s business objectives and strengthen brand awareness in the local and regional market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
• Prepare marketing reports and coordinate promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create targeted messaging and assist in client presentations and proposals.
• Support customer outreach and engagement activities.
• Maintain marketing materials and manage social media and online presence.
• Ensure consistent communication of the company’s value proposition.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in market research, marketing strategy, and sales support.
• Basic digital marketing skills, including social media management and content coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Analytical and reporting abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM or other marketing platforms.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a fast‑paced project environment.
