Media Associate

About the role

Mindshare is looking for a Media Associate to support the development and execution of media plans for its clients in Jordan. You will work closely with senior media planners and vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and achieve the desired performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing media plans, including scheduling and placement across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with media vendors to secure placements and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Support negotiation of media rates and terms to obtain favorable conditions.
• Maintain relationships with existing vendors and identify new buying opportunities.
• Collect and analyse performance data, providing insights for optimisation.
• Prepare regular reports on budget tracking, metrics, and campaign results.
• Serve as a point of reference for clients and internal teams regarding media execution.
• Manage trafficking of ads and ensure all media materials are delivered accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
