Medical Associate (Nurse) – Occupational Health

About the role

Teeba, Jordan's leading FMCG company, is looking for a qualified Medical Associate (Nurse) to join its Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team. The role focuses on delivering occupational health services, supporting physicians, and ensuring employee wellbeing across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide occupational health and nursing services in line with company policies and medical standards.
• Assist physicians during medical examinations, assessments, and treatment procedures.
• Conduct clinical assessments, administer medications, vaccinations, wound care, and other nursing interventions.
• Respond to workplace medical emergencies, delivering first aid and CPR as needed.
• Coordinate employee medical appointments, annual examinations, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Lead health awareness and training sessions and participate in workplace inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Valid nursing license issued by the Jordanian Ministry of Health.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar corporate or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of occupational health, public safety, and Ministry of Health regulations.
• Certified in First Aid and CPR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with medical record systems.
