Medical Representative – CVRM (Jordan)

About the role

AstraZeneca is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote its cardiovascular and metabolic (CVRM) portfolio in Jordan. You will engage healthcare professionals, deliver scientific information, and help improve patient outcomes while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans in collaboration with sales managers.
• Conduct high‑quality medical visits, present product benefits, and tailor messages to physicians’ needs.
• Maintain accurate interaction records using CRM tools such as Veeva.
• Organise promotional meetings, manage budgets, and monitor competitor activity.
• Coordinate with internal medical, pharmacovigilance, and marketing teams to ensure compliant communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 0–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Ability to analyse sales data (e.g., IQVIA) and implement targeted action plans.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools, specifically Veeva.
• Familiarity with sales data analysis platforms such as IQVIA.
