About the role
Medline is seeking a driven Medical Sales Representative to promote its medical products to healthcare professionals and support their usage in clinical settings.
Key responsibilities
- Develop thorough knowledge of assigned products and clearly communicate features, usage, and advantages to target customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiation and closing deals.
- Build strong relationships with customers, earning trust to ensure long‑term retention.
- Provide product training and support to medical staff when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a medical‑related field such as Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, etc.
- Strong work ethic and self‑motivation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Minimum two years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
- Valid driving licence; owning a car is recommended.
