MENA Regional Private Sector Partnerships Consultant

About the role

CARE is looking for an experienced consultant to lead private‑sector partnership activities across its six‑country MENA portfolio. The role is part‑time and focuses on turning programme capabilities into marketable services and building a pipeline of strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Work with each of the six country offices to translate aggregation, training, verification, digitisation and market‑linkage capabilities into clearly defined, priced service offers.
• Produce a one‑page offer document for each service, outlining scope, pricing, target partner type and value proposition.
• Maintain and update a regional library of productised offers on a quarterly basis.
• Identify and qualify named partners across priority sectors in the MENA region, creating and managing a regional partner pipeline.
• Support contract negotiations and monitor partner performance against agreed deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience in private‑sector partnership development or business development within the MENA region.
• Strong understanding of programme‑to‑market processes and ability to work with multiple country offices.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
