Metrics, Efficiency & AI Enablement Lead

About the role

The Metrics, Efficiency & AI Enablement Lead drives enterprise performance management, operational excellence, and AI‑enabled transformation across MetLife Jordan. You will partner with senior leaders to turn data into actionable insights that improve customer experience, productivity, and growth. This role is central to building a data‑driven culture and accelerating analytics, automation, and AI adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead KPI governance, scorecard management, and performance reporting for business decision‑making.
• Develop executive dashboards, analytics, and actionable insights while ensuring data quality and reporting standards.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and AI enablement initiatives to boost efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders to identify performance gaps, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage transformation benefit realization, governance activities, and continuous‑improvement programs aligned with strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, operational excellence, analytics, performance management, process improvement, or transformation.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, data visualization, and business analytics tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
• Practical experience using AI‑powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and reporting.
